Urgent Hiring For Inside Sales Location – Kharadi, Pune Experience – Minimum 1 to 3 years of sales experience Skills – Excellent communication in English Salary – Up to 5 LPA Industry – Health care, wellness and Fitness industry is preferred Immediate Joiners preferred. What We're Looking For ● Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is a plus ● Prior experience in sales, telesales, or inside sales roles preferred ● Basic knowledge/interest in health and fitness ● Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills ● Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality conversations ● Comfortable working with CRM tools and maintaining accurate records ● Target-driven mindset with resilience to handle rejection ● Flexible to work on weekends as required (rotational offs on weekdays) What You Will Do - Connect with inbound/assigned leads via outbound calls (approx. 130-140 calls per day) to understand their fitness goals and needs - Pitch and convert leads into paying customers by clearly communicating our offerings and value proposition - Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective leads to maximize conversion - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/conversion targets - Accurately log call outcomes, lead status, and customer details in the CRM - Address customer queries and objections effectively to build trust and drive closures - Collaborate with the Growth team to share feedback on lead quality and market response Interested candidates can share their resume in below mentioned email
