We are hiring a senior Oncology Commercial Leader for a leading pharmaceutical organization in Mumbai .

This is a strategic leadership mandate for an experienced professional who can drive Oncology business growth, P&L, Sales, Marketing, Product Launches and Commercial Excellence at a national level.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 18–25+ Years

Compensation: Up to ₹1 Crore CTC

Level: VP / Business Head / GM / National Sales & Marketing Head

Industry: Pharmaceutical | Oncology

Employment: Full-Time

What we're looking for:

• Strong track record in Oncology Sales & Marketing

• Significant Oncology P&L / business ownership

• Experience leading large/national sales organizations

• Strong KOL, oncologist and institutional relationships

• Proven experience in product launches & portfolio strategy

• Strong understanding of the Indian Oncology market

• Experience driving revenue, profitability, market expansion and commercial strategy

• Excellent people and stakeholder leadership capabilities

Candidates with exposure to Oncology formulations, injectables, targeted therapies, immuno-oncology, biosimilars/biologics, solid tumors or hematological malignancies would be particularly relevant.
