Urgent Walk-In Hiring: Desktop Support Engineer

Location: AMR Tech Park, Bangalore

‍ Experience: 1.8–2 years

Compensation: ₹30,000 monthly CTC

Joining Date: immediate 

Interview: One round only

Mandatory skills:

* Desktop troubleshooting and technical support

* Basic networking knowledge

* Ticketing tools such as ServiceNow

* Good communication and troubleshooting skills

Candidates must be comfortable explaining:

* DHCP

* DNS

* Ping command

* IP address

* Ticketing tools and incident handling

Added advantage:

* Chat support experience

* Chatbot support experience

Eligibility and work conditions:

* Graduates only

* Candidates with up to 4 years of experience may be considered if within budget

* Six-day working week

* Rotational shifts

* No cab facility

* Must be comfortable commuting to AMR Tech Park

* Must be available to join immediately
