es Own and manage category/business P& L. Drive merchandising strategy, assortment planning, pricing, and promotion s. Analyze sales, customer, and market trends to identify growth opportunitie s. Manage inventory, stock turns, sell-through, and markdown optimizatio n. Lead vendor negotiations and commercial partnership s. Collaborate with Sourcing, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations team s. Track category performance and drive revenue and margin improvement

ile MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, MDI, JBIMS, or equivalen t).8-10 years of experience in Merchandising, Category Management, Buying, Retail, or E-commer ce.
