Fund Operation Manager

Chief Manager - AIF Location - Gandhinagar Experience - 3 - 5 Years MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS • Experience in end-to-end fund operations, compliance, fund administration, and NAV review within the AIF/Fund Management industry. • Strong knowledge of GIFT City and regulatory frameworks. • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive fund growth and operational excellence. JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage and lead operations and compliance of fund-related activities. • To liaise with various regulators and consultants to maintain compliance with the funds • Interact and lead the investor sign-up process and soft reach out to potential investors. • Work alongside our fund administrator, custodian, consultants and trustee on operational and ongoing matters. •
