Responsibilities Execution of ECM assignments. Be a team player in transactions such as IPOs, Rights issues, Debt Issues, De-listing of Shares, Takeover code compliance, Valuation of Shares, Valuation of Business and other such capital market transactions. Work profile shall include detailed business due diligence. Actively involved in execution of assignments relating to Capital Market deals, research and internal team functions.
