Travel Required: Minimal travel may be required depending on business needs, but the position will be primarily based in RaleighPay Rate: $43/hr.Job Description:Must-Have Systems, Software, or Experience:We are looking for an entry-level to early-career IT/OT professional with some hands-on IT support experience.We are NOT looking for a senior-level resource. The ideal candidate should have a good technical foundation, willingness to learn, and be comfortable working in a corporate/industrial IT environment.Preferred skills and experience include:Windows and general end-user IT support/troubleshootingLaptop, desktop, monitors, docking stations, and peripheral supportBasic networking knowledge, including LAN/Wi-Fi, IP addressing, switches, and cablingMicrosoft 365 and Microsoft TeamsHardware deployment, inventory, and IT asset managementBasic understanding of IT/OT environments or a strong interest in developing OT knowledgeServiceNow exposure would be beneficial but is not requiredInterest in learning IT demand management, including infrastructure and application demands, requirements gathering, business requests, documentation, approvals, and coordination with different IT teamsAbility to support projects and coordinate activities with vendors, infrastructure, network, application, and business teamsGood communication, organization, and documentation skillsThe person will receive guidance and training on our internal processes, including ServiceNow, IT/OT processes, and infrastructure/application demand management.
