About UsRobert Staudacher CPA & Associates PS is a boutique CPA firm in downtown Kirkland serving individuals, trusts, partnerships, and S corporations. We handle complex federal and multistate tax matters for our clients, and because we’re a small team, our interns don’t sit on the sidelines. You’ll work directly with our partners on client engagements from day one.
What You’ll DoPrepare extended individual (1040), partnership (1065), S corporation (1120-S), and trust (1041) returns under the guidance of experienced CPAsOrganize client documents, prepare workpapers, and reconcile financial dataHelp with fixed asset schedules, depreciation, and trial balance adjustmentsAssist with tax projections and planning work for clientsResearch tax questions and summarize your findings for the teamAssist with multistate filings and state-specific compliance
What We’re Looking ForCurrently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field (or a recent graduate)Completed or in progress on at least one tax courseStrong attention to detail and a genuine interest in taxClear communicator who asks good questionsInterest in pursuing the CPA license
