Front Office Manager

About the Role:

Postcard Hotels is seeking experienced Front Office Managers to join our growing portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts.

The role requires a strong understanding of luxury hospitality, personalised guest service, and operational excellence . You will lead the Front Office team and ensure a seamless, thoughtful, and memorable guest journey from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Front Office and maintain exceptional service standards.
• Own the complete guest journey, ensuring personalised and intuitive service.
• Be visible and engaged with guests, proactively anticipating needs and resolving concerns.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Front Office team.
• Ensure seamless coordination with Housekeeping, F&B, Reservations, and other departments.
• Oversee check-ins, check-outs, room allocation, billing, VIP handling, and guest requests.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery with maturity and discretion.
• Ensure adherence to Postcard Hotels' SOPs, service standards, and operational procedures.
• Support the General Manager and leadership team in delivering guest and business objectives.

What We Are Looking For:

• Luxury hotel or resort experience is essential.
• Previous experience as a Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of luxury guest service and Front Office operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• A warm, confident, and discreet approach to guest interactions.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality.
