<p><strong>Lead Project Manager – Data Center Infrastructure (Server Refresh) </strong> </p><p>(APAC region) </p><p>Location: Hyderabad (In the office)/Malaysia (Remote) </p><p>Experience Level: Senior Level (15-20yrs) </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>About the Role </strong> </p><p>We are looking for an experienced Lead Project Manager – Data Center Infrastructure to drive global end-to-end server refresh and infrastructure deployment initiatives. </p><p>In this role, you will lead complex, large-scale deployments from hardware procurement and global installation to application migration and eco-friendly e-waste decommissioning. You will act as the key operational bridge between global vendors, data center facilities managers, and application teams to keep our global footprint modern, efficient, and resilient. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong> </p><p>Global Hardware &amp; Vendor Management: Partner with hardware suppliers and international installation vendors to coordinate seamless worldwide equipment delivery and setup. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Facilities &amp; Infrastructure Resolution </strong>: Work directly with data center management teams to troubleshoot and resolve critical physical installation constraints, including power capacity, rack density, cabling, and patching. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Lifecycle &amp; E-Waste Management: </strong> Coordinate with authorized e-waste partners to ensure decommissioned assets undergo certified destruction and compliant e-waste handling. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Cross-Functional Stakeholder Negotiation: </strong> Negotiate and align schedules with application owners and business units to establish site maintenance, blackout periods, and migration windows without disrupting operations. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Migration Tracking &amp; Readiness: </strong> Oversee application migration completion timelines to ensure legacy sites are fully ready for decommissioning and asset disposal. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Process Optimization: </strong> Proactively evaluate installation workflows and change management processes to recommend improvements, drive efficiency, and accelerate project velocity. </p><p>What We Are Looking For </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Overall Experience: </strong> 15-20 years of proven project management experience leading complex tech infrastructure programs. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Domain Expertise: </strong> At least 8 years of hands-on experience specifically focused on data center hardware installation and server refreshes. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Global Coordination: </strong> Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships across international regions and multiple time zones. </p><p>Technical Depth: Deep working knowledge of core data center physical layer components (power delivery, rack space allocation, network patching, facilities setup). </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Soft Skills &amp; Negotiation: </strong> Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, especially when managing customer blackout windows and downtime schedules. </p>
