Sam & Ash Injury Law is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team.This is an opportunity for a motivated plaintiff’s attorney to manage cases, work directly with clients, negotiate with insurance carriers, and play a meaningful role in the continued growth of the firm.

ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through resolutionDevelop case strategy and move cases forward efficientlyEvaluate liability, damages, medical records, and settlement valueNegotiate with insurance carriers and defense counselCommunicate clearly and consistently with clientsPrepare demand packages, settlement evaluations, and other case-related documentsMaintain organized files and meet all deadlinesCollaborate with case managers, support staff, and firm leadershipIdentify issues early and take appropriate action to protect the client’s interests
QualificationsJuris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law schoolActive Nevada or California Bar membership in good standingPlaintiff personal injury experience preferredStrong negotiation, writing, and communication skillsExcellent legal judgment and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple matters and prioritize effectivelyProfessional, dependable, and client-focused approachComfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
