Role Description: The Project Architect will lead the planning, design, and coordination of architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements. This full-time, in-office role is based in Noida and involves preparing design concepts, detailed drawings, and construction documents, as well as overseeing submittals and technical reviews. The role includes coordinating with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders, managing project schedules and deliverables, and integrating sustainable and energy-efficient design principles where applicable. The Project Architect will use BIM tools to model and document projects, monitor design quality, and support project teams through all phases from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture, including design development, construction documentation, and coordination.
• Proficiency in managing submittals and technical reviews, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Experience with BoQs, and project construction processes, including scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Relevant professional experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting in Noida and communicate effectively with clients and partners.
