At Get Catalyzed, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with excellent English communication skills to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients globally across various industries, helping them improve their efficiency by managing diverse tasks virtually.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry tasks, such as preparing lead lists, and organizing research notes, while maintaining data accuracy in Excel and CRM systems.
• Gather and analyse industry trends, best practices, and other publicly available information to prepare insightful reports.
• Coordinate team calendars, manage schedules, and ensure clients are prepared and on time for meetings.
• Handle email correspondence, including inbox organization, follow-ups, and notifying clients of important emails, based on their preferences and other ad-hoc tasks.
• Arrange travel logistics, provide customer support, and conduct research to support various client projects.
• Exhibit strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and proactively address challenges.
• Communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal, demonstrating attention to detail and a willingness to learn new tools and processes.
