Role Description : ISECURION is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PMO to manage end-to-end cybersecurity consulting projects. The role involves planning and tracking projects, coordinating with customers and internal teams, managing resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining project documentation across multiple concurrent engagements. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple cybersecurity consulting projects simultaneously, from initiation through closure. Coordinate with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables. Prepare project plans, schedules, and status reports for internal and client review. Allocate resources and monitor consultant utilization across ongoing engagements. Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, escalating issues as needed. Conduct project review meetings and maintain meeting minutes and action logs. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet customer expectations. Maintain project documentation, trackers, and management dashboards for leadership visibility. Required Skills: 5–8 years of experience in PMO or Project Management roles. Experience managing IT or cybersecurity consulting projects. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Working knowledge of cybersecurity services such as VAPT, Cloud Security, ISO 27001, SOC 2, RBI/SEBI audits, or GRC is preferred. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Zoho Projects, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
