Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Professional Services Consultant with strong expertise in Zero Trust, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), enterprise networking, and cybersecurity. This is a customer-facing consulting role responsible for leading technical discovery, architecture validation, solution implementation, migration, deployment, and knowledge transfer activities for enterprise customers adopting Zero Trust platform. The ideal candidate combines strong networking and security fundamentals with excellent consulting, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills and enjoys solving complex technical challenges in enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Professional Services Delivery Lead end-to-end implementation of Cloudflare Zero Trust solutions for enterprise customers. Execute production deployments, migrations, and onboarding activities. Perform solution validation, production cutovers, and post-implementation support. Deliver projects within agreed timelines while maintaining high quality standards. Customer Consulting Conduct technical discovery workshops. Gather business and technical requirements. Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions. Advise customers on implementation best practices and security architecture. Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle. Solution Design & Documentation Develop and maintain high-quality implementation documentation, including: High-Level Design (HLD) Low-Level Design (LLD) Implementation Plans Migration Plans Test Plans Runbooks Standard Operating Procedures As-Built Documentation Knowledge Transfer Documentation Technical Implementation Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Cloudflare technologies including: Cloudflare One Zero Trust Cloudflare Access Secure Web Gateway (SWG) Remote Browser Isolation (RBI) Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Cloud Email Security WARP Cloudflare Tunnel DNS Filtering Secure Web Gateway Policies Identity Integrations Traffic Steering Policy Configuration Migration Services Lead enterprise migration projects involving: Legacy VPN to Zero Trust migration Secure Web Gateway migration Proxy modernization Firewall integration Identity Provider integration SASE transformation initiatives User migration planning Production cutover activities Technical Troubleshooting Diagnose complex networking and security issues. Troubleshoot authentication and connectivity problems. Perform packet capture and traffic analysis. Work closely with Cloudflare Support and Engineering teams to resolve technical escalations. Assist customers during planned maintenance windows and production deployments. Automation & AI Enablement Develop deployment automation using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages. Build Infrastructure-as-Code templates using Terraform. Create reusable deployment templates and operational assets. Leverage AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms to improve documentation, scripting, troubleshooting, and delivery efficiency. Experience producing technical design and implementation documentation. Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
