Material Handler

<p>Role Overview The material handler will perform receiving, put away, picking, packing, and shipping functions. Duties include physically handling a variety of products, both palletized and non-palletized, to fill customer orders with speed and accuracy - safely. RESPONSIBILITIES • Inbound Receiving• Order picking – potentially using powered equipment – product and/or equipment• Counting of individual packages/pallets • RF hand-held computer work.• Processing outbound paperwork for both domestic and international shipment via Computer• Processing of Customer returns• Physically lifting packages up to 50 lbs. • Loading Trucks and Ocean Containers• Using safety equipment including safety knives, banding equipment, air bag fulfillment • Cycle counting and additional inventory functions – as needed REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE• Previous warehouse experience – 3-5 yrs.• Knowledge of forklift operations and previous driving experience. • Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis. • Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours.• Able to perform repetitive motions including hand and arm motions. • Attention to details.• Team player, support Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs• Strong understanding of SAP • Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) EOE Policy Statement:All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.
