You’ll answer customer calls and emails, take phone orders, help salons order online, and answer questions about our products and brand. You’ll also assist in managing our social media, create branded marketing materials and grow the Artègo USA salon community.You’ll work directly with company leadership, including the Marketing Manager, COO and CEO, as well as our warehouse team. We’re looking for someone who is just as comfortable designing a brochure as they are answering customer calls with a friendly, professional touch. ResponsibilitiesMarketing & CommunicationsHelp manage and grow Artègo USA’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTubeCreate engaging social media content, including graphics, captions, videos and campaignsDesign professional marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, catalogs, presentations, ads and sales collateralBuild email marketing campaigns in MailchimpMaintain brand consistency across all marketing channelsMonitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messagesCustomer Service & Salon SupportAnswer incoming calls and emails professionally and enthusiasticallyAssist salons with product information, pricing, education, promotions and orderingProcess phone orders accuratelyHelp salons navigate the Artègo Pro websiteResolve customer questions with professionalism and urgencyBuild lasting relationships with salon owners and stylistsSales & Business DevelopmentReach out to every new salon that registers on the Artègo Pro websiteWelcome new customers to the Artègo family and help them with their first orderEducate customers on our products, education, promotions and rewards programMake outbound calls to introduce Artègo to salons across the United States QualificationsBackground or experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, public relations, business or a related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOutstanding phone etiquette and interpersonal skillsHighly organized, with exceptional attention to detailCreative thinker with strong design skillsAble to manage multiple projects at oncePositive, energetic and customer-focusedRequired SkillsAdobe InDesign and PhotoshopSocial media management experienceStrong copywriting and editing skillsPreferred SkillsMailchimpShopifyCanvaBasic video editing (Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar)Photography or content creation experienceKnowledge of the beauty or hair industry What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who loves both people and creativity.
