Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and verify proof of performance evidence to make sure compliance before processing trade claims.
• Coordinate with sales team members and related stakeholders on problems relevant to claims to settle distributor claims.
• Keep and monitor claim reports, make sure claims does not age above 365 days.
• Lead enhancements in claim management by streamline procedures and assisting automation programs.
• Handle month-end closing measures relevant to trade spends accruals.
• Make WBS elements and rebate agreements in SAP for rebate and claim management.
• Make and modify tracker files to show off-invoice and on-invoice amounts given to distributors.
• Conduct ad hoc duties like sales reports compiling, trade claims aging reports and other related financial analysis duties as per on business needs.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidate must have ICMA/ CIMA/ ACCA/ Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Accounts from any reputed university.
• At least have 1 – 2 years of experience in similar role.
• Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
• Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
