Role Description

- Handle customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat.

- Understand customer issues and provide quick and effective solutions.

- Guide customers in using Zybra accounting software and its features.

- Assist customers with accounting and GST-related software queries.

- Troubleshoot basic technical and software-related issues.

- Coordinate with the Product & Technical Team for complex issues.

- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are properly resolved.

- Maintain proper records of customer queries and resolutions.

- Educate customers about new features, updates, and software improvements.

- Contribute to improving the overall customer support experience.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Business Administration.

( B.Com , BBA, M.Com , MBA preferred)

- Basic knowledge of Accounting and GST.

- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP software.

- Good English, Hindi, and Gujarati communication skills.

- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.

- 0 –1 year of experience; freshers with relevant knowledge are welcome.
