This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include market research, client presentations, crafting proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to align with organizational goals. The role also requires consistent monitoring of industry trends and competitive analysis to identify business prospects.

• Strong skills in client relationship management and interpersonal communication
• Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis
• Experience in preparing compelling proposals and delivering presentations
• Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work collaboratively with teams
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in business development or a similar role is highly desirable
