Manager / Sr. Manager – Order Completion & Final Assembly

At Spacewood , we are looking for a hands-on manufacturing leader who can take ownership of the complete customer order journey—from component readiness to final dispatch.

This is not just an Assembly/Production role. It is an Order Convergence role with one clear objective: Ensure every order is complete, correct, quality-checked, packed and dispatched on the committed date.

What you’ll own

• Order Completion & OTIF performance

• Final assembly, kitting, packing & dispatch readiness

• Daily order sequencing and shortage management

• Coordination across Carcass, Shutter, Stores, Planning, Quality & Logistics

• Final QC, set integrity and error-proofing

• WIP and orphan-order control

• Productivity, cost, 5S & safety

• Barcode/ERP-based completion tracking

• Building a high-performing assembly & packing team

Who are we looking for?

• E. / B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering with 10–15 years in manufacturing operations, of which a minimum of 4–5 years must be in final assembly, kitting, consolidation, sub-assembly marriage or order-wise packing and dispatch.

• High-mix / engineered-to-order manufacturing

• Managing large shopfloor teams and supervisors
