About the role

We’re looking for someone who’s equally excited about creating and getting things done. This is a hands-on role for someone who doesn’t mind being on the ground whether that’s helping on shoots, jumping into DMs, or putting together quick creatives while also helping building community!

Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Social & Community Management

• Manage DMs and comments across Instagram and ads

• Engage with customers in a brand-aligned, thoughtful tone

• Flag insights, feedback and recurring concerns to the team

2.⁠ ⁠Content & Creative Support

• Assist on shoots (setup, props, coordination, quick captures)

• Create basic creatives (posts, stories, ad variations)

3.⁠ ⁠Copy & Performance Thinking

• Write short-form copy for posts, ads, and replies

4.⁠ ⁠On-ground + Execution

• Be the go-to for quick turnarounds and last-minute needs

• Help ensure things don’t get stuck — from packaging shoots to content uploads

• Support wherever needed to keep the content engine running

Who this is for:

• 0–2 years experience OR strong internship/portfolio

• Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe — anything workable)

• Comfortable being hands-on (this is not a “just strategy” role)

• Good written communication (important for DMs + copy)

• Curious about content, brands and what makes things work

• Not precious about roles — willing to jump in wherever needed
