$18.00 hour starting rate Full-Time Schedule: Mon-Fri, 3:00-11:30 pm (2nd shift), may include holidays and occasional weekends as needed Weekly overtime paid 1 ½ hourly rate; double pay for working holidays Benefits for Full-Time Employees:- Medical, dental, vision, voluntary life & short-term disability

- Interacts with and assists senior living residents, families, employees, vendors, and visitors in a courtesy role
- Conducts regular patrols inside/outside buildings and around the property
- Assists nursing staff and emergency responders with wellness checks, emergency calls, and fire alarms
- Conducts regular fire drills in skilled nursing facility
- Assists with badge system and door accesses
- Performs light preventive maintenance duties as assigned
- Active license as an Unarmed Security Guard/Officer in the State of Tennessee required
- At least one years’ experience in security preferred
- High level of interpersonal and customer service skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all customers
