Ethics Manager

Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd. (MHRIL), part of the Mahindra Group, is looking for a passionate and experienced Sr. Manager – Ethics to strengthen our culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct across the organization. As a key member of the HR function, you will play a pivotal role in managing ethics investigations, ensuring POSH compliance, driving ethics awareness, and supporting governance initiatives that reinforce our values-driven culture. Key Responsibilities ✅ Lead and coordinate ethics and compliance investigations ✅ Review investigation reports and ensure timely case closure ✅ Maintain ethics case records and governance documentation ✅ Prepare leadership and board-level ethics dashboards and reports ✅ Manage POSH compliance, case tracking, and statutory filings ✅ Facilitate ethics and POSH training programs across the organization ✅ Drive ethics awareness and employee engagement initiatives ✅ Support review and implementation of Ethics and POSH policies What We're Looking For ✔ 8 years of experience in Ethics, Compliance, HR, Employee Relations, Investigations, or Legal Support roles ✔ Strong understanding of POSH regulations and corporate ethics frameworks ✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills ✔ High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail ✔ Experience in conducting investigations and preparing leadership reports Location: Mumbai (Worli)
