Job Overview:

One of the leading Chinese technology companies is looking for an experienced PS Core Planning Assistant Engineer based in Islamabad, with hands-on experience in PS core network monitoring, network design, project support integration, commissioning, and new nodes acceptance.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor network utilization and growth trends across PS core network elements.
• Understand end-to-end HLD and LLD for PS core products (SGSN, MME, SGW/PGW & PCRF/UPF).
• Coordinate with telecom vendors (Huawei, Nokia, ZTE, Ericsson), contractors, and internal departments to evaluate vendor proposals and recommend optimal technical solutions.
• Take responsibility for network safety.
• Support project integration, commissioning, implementation, and new nodes acceptance.

Skill Requirements

• Familiarity with basic communication and data communication knowledge.
• Knowledge of EPC, 5GC, UPCC, NFV architecture, and telecom cloud solutions.
• Ability to independently perform engineering commissioning.
• Effective communication with technical customers (Junior level) regarding technical solutions, project plans, and progress.
• Strong customer requirement analysis, management, and technical problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to solve technical problems through accurate analysis and location.
• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
• Experience Required: 1-2 years in the core network field, especially in the PS domain.
