Top Plastic Surgery Turkey runs a large directory in two languages: procedure pages, surgeon pages, clinic and hospital pages and city pages in English and Russian, plus cost tools, quote and consultation forms and a WhatsApp link. The Software Engineer keeps thousands of those pages fast, indexable and correctly structured.

The challenge is scale and accuracy. You maintain the bilingual page system, so one change updates both languages correctly, build internal tools that help the research team verify surgeon and clinic details and track consultation requests, and make sure search engines and AI assistants can read each page. The site's policy against paid placement and invented credentials means the tools you build have to make verification easier, not skip it.

Salary: PKR 90,000 – 120,000 per month. Negotiable according to experience and skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and extend the English and Russian directory: procedure, surgeon, clinic, hospital and city pages
• Keep thousands of pages fast, indexable and correctly marked up with structured data
• Maintain the cost tools and the quote and consultation request forms, including the WhatsApp integration
• Build internal tools for research verification, enquiry tracking and consultation scheduling
• Run checks that catch broken links, missing translations and duplicate pages before they go live

Requirements

• Strong JavaScript or TypeScript with a portfolio or live project
• Experience with large, content-heavy sites and what makes them slow or hard to index
• Understanding of multilingual websites, including language routing and canonical tags
• Care with data accuracy and with personal data in forms
• On site in E-11, Islamabad, Pakistan, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM; working days confirmed at interview

Preferred

• Next.js, React or a comparable framework in production
• Technical SEO experience, including sitemaps and structured data
• Experience building admin or review tools for editors
