Technical Lead Audio Encore Full-Time Contract

The Technical Lead is responsible for intermediate level set up and operation of small to large-scale audio-visual systems in an event environment while ensuring complete customer satisfaction. This position reports to a Technical Supervisor, Technical Manager, Technical Events Manager or Senior Project Manager subject to function/region.Key Job ResponsibilitiesEquipment OperationFOH setting up and operating mixing consoles (Yamaha, Allen & Heath, DiGiCo)Building and tuning PA systems from 2 speaker meeting rooms to large shows with combinations of line array and distributed point source systems (D&B, Martin Audio, L’Acoustics)Setting up comms systems (RTS, Tecpro, GreenGo)Setting up line systems and mics for live actsOperating monitors for live actsLeading teams on builds, shows and derigTroubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly as they ariseDo the Right Thing - Complies with all Company security and safety measures.Ensures equipment is secure from theft and/or damage when in use.Adhere to health and safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.Report all health and safety issues to the HSE Manager or appropriate Manager onsite.Customer ServiceDeliver World Class Service - Provides excellent service and strive to exceed the expectations and needs of internal and external customers.Value People - Be a leader, mentor and coach for other Technicians on Encore’s Delivering World Class Service philosophy.Maintains a positive relationship with all clients through effective communication.Meets with guests on site to ensure that their needs are met and the equipment setup is working properly.Monitors events and checks in on customers throughout the dayUnderstands and fosters the hotel/client relationship.Technical AbilityUnderstands the technical aspects of the job and demonstrates advanced operational ability to troubleshoot and problem solve with equipment and software issues. #J-18808-Ljbffr
