Job Summary

2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Academic Counselors  and Telecaller for our team in Hyderabad. We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates who are confident in communicating with students/candidates and are interested in tele calling , counseling, inside sales, and lead conversion .Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with 6 months or more experience in outbound telecalling, inside sales, customer support, education counseling, or sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students/candidates.
  

• Understand candidate requirements and provide relevant information about courses and programs.
  

• Counsel candidates regarding suitable educational programs and career opportunities.
  

• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  

• Convert qualified leads into enrollments/admissions.
  

• Achieve monthly calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.
  

• Maintain accurate candidate and lead information in the CRM.
  

• Coordinate with the internal team for enrollment and onboarding.
  

• Build and maintain professional relationships with students/candidates throughout the admission process.
  

• Ensure timely follow-up and effective lead management.
  

Requirements

• Freshers or Candidates with 6 months experience in outbound tele calling  will be preferred.
  

• Experience in target-based calling, sales, or inside sales is an advantage.
  

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Confident in speaking with students and parents over the phone.
  

• Comfortable working with follow-ups and conversion targets.
  

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  

• Candidates from Tele calling, Inside Sales, Education Counseling, Customer Support, BPO, or Sales backgrounds can apply.
