Responsibilities

Manage VMware v Sphere (ESXi, v Center) Provision and manage virtual machines Monitor performance and resource utilization Manage HA, DRS, v Motion Perform migrations, snapshots, cloning Troubleshoot VMware issues Patch and upgrade infrastructure Manage Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022 Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO Handle patching and security updates Monitor server performance Troubleshoot OS issues Provide L2/L3 support Handle incidents and escalations Perform RCA Ensure SLA compliance Manage backup tools (Veeam, Commvault) Perform restores and DR drills
