Job responsibilities include: Perform labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance Prepare RFI's and submittals Quantitative takeoffs to verify estimates, order materials, and price change orders Create and implement job schedules and coordinate with field supervisors and foremen Create and manage punch lists and job closeout documentation Support the Quality Control measures outlined in the QA/QC program Assist in other duties as assigned This position is safety-sensitive.
