Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitation services for residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities to help seniors maximize independence and quality of life. You’ll document progress in the EMR, educate residents and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive, patient-focused, and growth-oriented environment.
