The company is looking for a Founder's Office – Growth & CX Outcomes professional to work directly with the leadership team to solve high-impact customer and business problems. This is a highly execution-oriented role for someone who enjoys combining product thinking, customer obsession, analytics, and technology to improve customer journeys and business outcomes. You'll own critical initiatives across the post-booking customer experience, supplier ecosystem, and product improvements that directly impact customer satisfaction and business growth. If you enjoy identifying problems, speaking to customers, leveraging technology to solve them, and driving measurable outcomes, this role offers significant ownership and visibility. What You'll Own Drive strategic initiatives that improve post-booking customer experience across the travel journey. Identify customer drop-off points and build solutions to improve conversion, engagement, and retention. Work closely with customers to gather insights, validate hypotheses, and translate feedback into product improvements. Improve supplier experience by identifying operational bottlenecks and designing scalable solutions. Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations for Growth, and Customer Experience to deliver high-impact initiatives. Use technology and automation to solve operational and customer problems at scale. Define success metrics, measure outcomes, and continuously optimize customer journeys. Balance business growth goals with exceptional customer experience. What We're Looking For 3–6 years of experience in Product, Growth, Customer Experience , Strategy, Founder's Office, Business Operations, or similar ownership-driven roles. Strong product mindset with the ability to solve business problems through technology. Proven experience driving measurable customer, product, or growth outcomes. Comfortable working with data to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Hands-on execution mindset with strong ownership and bias for action.
