Analytical approach on delivery 11. Root cause analysis based on 4 M 12. Manpower ahndling experience 13 .Manpower operation and industrial issue management .14. Departement control procedure review and control .15. Process control documentation . 16. Internal and external process audit exprerience .17. Leadership mindset able to manage the quality and production team 18. Daily issue identification and provide counter measure immediate and permanent 19. Dialy monthly and Yearly reporting to management with direction setting for quality defect minimization.20. Co-ordination within interdepartment .21. Cost consoius mindset 22.
