Candidates should have hands-on experience in construction carpentry, including formwork, shuttering, and finishing work. Gulf experience will be an added advantage.<br /> </p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities<br /> </b> </p> <p></p><li>Perform construction carpentry work as per project requirements.<br /> </li><li>Read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.<br /> </li><li>Assemble and dismantle formwork and shuttering.<br /> </li><li>Carry out finishing carpentry work with quality standards.<br /> </li><li>Ensure proper use and maintenance of carpentry tools and equipment.<br /> </li><li>Follow workplace safety procedures and site regulations.<br /> </li><b>Salary: </b> Approx. <b>₹26,250/month </b> (Basic: ₹17,500 + Site Allowance: ₹2,500 + Food Allowance: ₹6,250) + Overtime + Other Benefits.<br /><br /><p></p><p><b>Requirements </b> </p> <p></p><li>Minimum <b>3 years of experience </b> as a Construction Carpenter.<br /> </li><li>Ability to read and understand construction drawings.<br /> </li><li>Knowledge of formwork, shuttering, and finishing carpentry.<br /> </li><li>Physically fit and capable of working on construction sites.<br /> </li><li>Gulf experience is preferred but not mandatory.<br /> </li><br /><p></p><p><b>Benefits </b> </p> <p></p><li><b>Basic Salary: </b> OMR 70/month<br /> </li><li><b>Site Allowance: </b> OMR 10/month<br /> </li><li><b>Food Allowance: </b> OMR 25/month<br /> </li><li><b>Overtime: </b> As per company policy (applicable)<br /> </li><li>Free Food &amp; Accommodation during the initial 2-month training period<br /> </li><li>Transportation provided<br /> </li><li>Medical insurance<br /> </li><li>Annual leave and gratuity as per Oman labour law<br /> </li><li>Overtime earning opportunities<br /> </li><br />
