<p></p><p><b>Job Description </b> </p> <p></p> <p>Disassembly Supervisor (D Supervisor or DSup) as a part of Oerations function will manage and coordinate the disassembly process for specific modules to enhance operational efficiency and quality. This role will act as a project management function, interfacing between Operations and Engineering departments. Eventually, the person will gain expertise in both these domains. </p> <p></p><p><b>Job Requirements </b> </p> <p></p> <p>Main Responsibilities are as below-<br /> <br /> 1.Participation in Gate 0<br /> o Actively participate in Gate 0 activities, contributing to Shop Visit Management and providing expertise on risk analysis &amp; mitigation.<br /> <br /> 2. Project Management<br /> o Oversee the flow of parts post-disassembly (e.g., G1B, Check Inspection, PNR, expendables, etc.).<br /> o Anticipate Gate 3 requirements and raise requirement for parts in advance (based on configuration).<br /> <br /> 3. Technical Understanding<br /> o Demonstrate proficiency in workflow documentation (Service Orders 1 &amp; 2) for the assigned module.<br /> o Liaise with Engineering to establish and maintain accurate Gate 1 documentation.<br /> <br /> 4. Shop Floor/Bay Support<br /> o Post G1A release of documentation and part flow management.<br /> o Provide technical support for deviations, acting as the link between the bay and Technical Support/Engineering.<br /> o Assist the bay with inspection tasks.<br /> <br /> 5. Coordination and Communication<br /> o Work closely with Line/Gate Managers to ensure proper alignment and integration of activities.<br /> o Provide regular updates to Line/Gate Managers on the progress of work.<br /> o Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and inspection.<br /> <br /> 6. Problem Solving<br /> o Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical and operational challenges swiftly and effectively.<br /> <br /> Required Skills and Qualities<br /> • Strong Project Management and Organizational skills<br /> • Advanced Problem-Solving abilities<br /> • Technical understanding of Module disassembly/assembly processes<br /> • Effective communication and cross-functional coordination<br /> • Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multiple departments<br /> • Inspection category assigned at the right level to perform and validate inspections<br /> <br /> Career Development<br /> • Opportunities to move into Engineering or broader Production supervisory roles. </p> <p></p><p><b>But what else?
