We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Channel Partner Coordinator to support and coordinate our Channel Partner Network . The ideal candidate will work closely with Channel Partners, Resellers, Dealers, Distributors, and the Sales Team to ensure smooth communication, partner onboarding, documentation, and business operations. This role is best suited for someone with good coordination, communication, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Channel Partners, Resellers, Dealers, and Distributors on a daily basis.
• Assist in onboarding new channel partners and maintaining partner records.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partner queries and support.
• Coordinate quotations, proposals, agreements, and other partner-related documentation.
• Follow up with partners on leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
• Maintain partner databases, reports, and CRM records.
• Schedule partner meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure timely responses to partners.
• Monitor partner performance and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and channel partners.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Channel Partner Coordination, Business Development, Customer Support, or Relationship Management .
• Experience in IT, Software, SaaS, ERP, or CRM is an added advantage.
