Role Description The Principal for the proposed CBSE School based in Lakshmipura Main Road, Near Madanayakana Halli, Bangalore, will provide overall academic and administrative leadership, ensuring alignment with CBSE guidelines and Vidya Soudha’s educational values. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves overseeing curriculum planning, teaching standards, student assessment, and school operations. Key responsibilities include managing admissions processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and representing the school with external stakeholders and education authorities. The role also includes strategic planning for school growth, budgeting input, and implementation of best practices in teaching, learning, and student support.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree with B.Ed.

Experience:

• Min 5 yaers experience as Principal, Vice-Principal, or in a senior academic role.
• Min 10 years of teaching experience.
• Expertise in CBSE curriculum design, assessment practices, and alignment with national education policies.
