Sap trainer / subject matter expert — multiple modules (mm, sd, ewm, abap, basis)

42 X Academy is building a hands-on SAP training program for career-switchers and working professionals, and we're hiring experienced SAP consultants to design and deliver module-specific training. We're hiring across SAP MM, SD, EWM, ABAP, and BASIS — apply for your area of expertise; you don't need to cover all modules.

What you'll do

Design and deliver a structured, hands-on curriculum for your module, including real-world business scenarios, exercises, and assessments Teach both live virtual sessions to a mixed-experience student audience Guide learners from fundamentals to job-readiness, including interview and project-scenario prep Collaborate with other module trainers to keep cross-module integration points (e.g., MM-SD-FI, EWM-MM) consistent across the curriculum

Who we're looking for

4–5+ years of hands-on SAP experience in one or more of: MM (procure-to-pay, MRP, inventory/valuation), SD (order-to-cash, pricing, billing), EWM (warehouse structure, inbound/outbound, RF execution), ABAP (reports, enhancements, BAPIs, ideally ABAP on HANA), or BASIS (system administration, transport management, monitoring) Prior training, mentoring, or client-facing consulting experience preferred Comfortable explaining complex, integration-heavy concepts in simple terms to non-specialist learners Strong communication skills and reliable availability for scheduled sessions (part-time/contract friendly)

Nice to have

Multi-module experience (e.g., MM+SD, or ABAP+BASIS) Experience building training content, case studies, or certification prep material S/4 HANA project experience Interested candidates should indicate which module(s) they're applying to cover.
