# AI engineer, agents and automation (mid level)Design and run agent systems for clients: harnesses, tools, evaluations and the human-review loops that make them dependable.01 The role## What you will do* Build agents on the Claude Agent SDK and open frameworks, with tool permissions, budgets and audit trails.* Write evaluation sets before the agent exists and keep them current as it changes.* Build RAG pipelines tuned on real client questions, not demo data.* Instrument everything: traces, spend, latency, failure rates, replay.* Work with our Laravel and Node engineers to put AI features into production systems.## What we look for* Two or more years writing Python or TypeScript in production.* Hands-on experience with at least one LLM provider API and one agent or orchestration framework.* A habit of measuring.
