Sales Executive

Not every enquiry at Best Clinic Abroad is a medical case yet; many begin as general questions about cost, destinations or how a free case review works. The Sales Executive handles these early conversations and moves genuine cases towards the consultants.

You answer treatment enquiries from international patients by WhatsApp, email and phone, explain the process clearly, collect the first details, and make sure the right information reaches a consultant. You follow up with people who went quiet, and you keep the CRM accurate so no patient falls through the gap between a first message and a case review. The tone is respectful and honest; you never give medical advice and never pressure anyone.

Salary: PKR 50,000 - 60,000 per month. Negotiable according to experience and skills. Bonuses apply in this role and are explained at interview.

Responsibilities

• Answer first enquiries from international patients and explain the free case review
• Collect the basic details a consultant needs to start a case
• Pass genuine cases to consultants with a clear summary
• Follow up with patients who have not replied, politely and without pressure
• Keep every enquiry and its status in the CRM

Requirements

• Fluent English and a patient, empathetic way of speaking and writing
• Comfort handling people who may be anxious about their health
• Understanding that the role never gives medical advice
• Good follow-up discipline
• On site in E-11, Islamabad, Pakistan, 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM; working days confirmed at interview

Preferred

• Call centre or customer service experience
• Experience with international customers
• Interest in healthcare services
