What the role looks like Counsel students applying to leading universities across the UK, US, Europe, and Australia Build personalised admission strategies, from first profile evaluation through to the final offer Guide students on university selection, profile building, SOPs, LORs, resumes, scholarships, interviews, and visa documentation Lead premium counselling sessions with students and parents Work alongside our university partners and admissions teams Who we are looking for 2 to 5 years of experience in international education counselling Strong understanding of admissions to the Ivy League, Russell Group, Group of Eight, leading business schools, and other globally renowned institutions Comfort with high-achieving profiles and competitive timelines Excellent communication and relationship management skills, whether you are speaking to a nervous student or an anxious parent What we offer Competitive salary with performance incentives Room to grow as we grow A dynamic, supportive team that takes the work seriously without taking itself too seriously To apply Send your CV and a short note about why this role interests you to
