Role Description The Counselor will provide guidance to prospective and current learners on entrepreneurship-focused programs, admissions, and academic pathways in a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group counseling sessions, understanding learner aspirations, and recommending suitable courses and development plans. The role involves coordinating with faculty and administration to support learner progression, tracking learner engagement, and maintaining accurate records. The Counselor will also participate in outreach activities, information sessions, and events to build awareness about the institute’s programs, while offering ongoing support to ensure a positive learner experience. CTC - up to 50k plus incentives Freshers are welcome Location - Thane Qualifications Strong counseling and guidance skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to support diverse learner needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to conduct sessions, presentations, and interactions with learners and families. Organizational and administrative skills for managing appointments, documentation, and follow-ups efficiently. Understanding of entrepreneurship, business basics, or educational programs related to enterprise and career development. Proficiency with office productivity tools and digital communication platforms. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Management, Social Work, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage. Prior experience in academic counseling, career guidance, or student support services is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Thane, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, and maintain professional ethics and confidentiality.
