Client Relations Executive About the Role As a Client Relations Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and artists. You will help customers find the right artwork, coordinate with artists and internal teams, and ensure every order is handled smoothly from enquiry to delivery. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries. Understand customer requirements and recommend/share suitable artworks, quotations and payment details. Follow up with customers and ensure a smooth experience from enquiry to order completion. Coordinate with artists regarding artwork availability, pricing etc. Help new artists register on the platform and upload their artworks. Maintain customer enquiries, artist records, and CRM/database information accurately. Connect with new artists, architects, hotels etc., to generate new leads. Prepare basic daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Support exhibitions and other gallery-related events whenever required. Skills Required Good communication skills in English (spoken and written). Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude. Good follow-up and relationship-building skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office. Well-organized with good attention to detail. Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities. Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
