Technoversesystems is hiring for Odoo Developer (Mid-Level) in (Karachi / Hybrid / Remote), Pakistan.

We are hiring: *Odoo Developer (Mid-Level)*

Technoverse Systems is an Odoo consultancy delivering ERP projects for clients in Pakistan, the Middle East and international markets. Our project load is growing, and we are looking for a developer who enjoys building things that real businesses use every day.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and customize Odoo modules (models, views, wizards, reports and business logic) based on client requirements.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems through REST APIs and web services.
• Handle version migrations and replace deprecated code.
• Build automations using server actions, scheduled actions and computed fields.
• Work on client projects across manufacturing, trading, healthcare and other industries.
• Troubleshoot issues and support clients after go-live.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in Odoo development.
• Strong Python and a solid understanding of the Odoo ORM.
• Good working knowledge of PostgreSQL and XML.
• Experience building custom modules, not just configuration.
• Understanding of core Odoo apps such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory and Accounting.
• Comfortable with Git and working in Linux environments.
• Able to talk to clients directly and understand their process before writing code.

Preferred

• Experience with Odoo Manufacturing (MRP).
• Experience with OWL / JavaScript.
• Interest in growing from pure development into techno-functional consulting.
