Aegon is seeking a remote call center associate to be the first point of contact for customers seeking retirement, personal insurance, savings and investment guidance. You triage inquiries and connect prospects with financial planning and retirement planning advisors, creating customer profiles as needed.

You will schedule appointments, facilitate two-way communication with the advisor team and stay informed about product offerings to articulate value propositions to customers.
