Senior Manager Geologist

• Plan and supervise mineral exploration programs and field activities.
• Conduct and oversee geological mapping and sampling at different scales.
• Identify and interpret lithology, alteration, mineralization, structures, and veins.
• Supervise geochemical sampling, pXRF surveys, and QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate and interpret geophysical surveys (IP, ERT, MAG, and MT).
• Plan and supervise diamond drilling programs.
• Ensure systematic core logging, sampling, and geological data recording.
• Interpret assay results and integrate geological, geochemical, and geophysical data.
• Develop geological, alteration, and mineralization models using GIS and 3D software.
• Generate and evaluate mineral exploration targets.
• Prepare technical reports, work plans, budgets, and progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

Degree Qualification

MS / BS (Geology)

Degree Required

MS/ BS Geology / Applied / Economics

Experience

Min 8-10 Yrs of experience in mineral Geology.

Skills

Strong experience in geological mapping, drilling, core logging, and mineralization assessment.

Knowledge of geochemical, geophysical, and remote sensing exploration techniques.

Proficiency in GIS and 3D geological modelling software.

Experience in team leadership, exploration planning, and technical reporting.

Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, HSE standards, and regulatory requirements
