With manufacturing in India and international operations through Positron International FZCO (Dubai) , we support OEMs, EPCs, and end‑users across 24 countries. Role Overview We’re looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager who can drive domestic growth in India while supporting international expansion across GCC, Africa, and Europe. This role blends technical sales , strategic business development , and marketing , offering exposure to high‑value industrial projects and global clients. Key Responsibilities India – Primary Focus • Lead technical sales & BD across multiple industrial sectors • Build strong relationships with OEMs, EPCs & end‑users • Manage pipeline, CRM, forecasting & revenue targets • Conduct client meetings, presentations & negotiations • Strengthen branding through digital and LinkedIn campaigns Global – Contributory Focus (EMEA) • Support Dubai, UAE office in international lead generation • Drive LinkedIn outreach, digital marketing & networking • Participate in trade fairs and client visits as required Ideal Candidate • Diploma/Bachelor in Engineering • 5–10 years in technical sales/BD (preferably heat exchangers or industrial equipment) • Strong communication & negotiation skills • CRM LinkedIn marketing proficiency • Willingness to travel; growth‑oriented mindset Why Join Positron • Competitive compensation aligned with Experience. • Exposure to International clients and high‑value projects • Work with fast‑growing engineering group with Global reach. • Collaborative environment focused on innovation and growth.
