Sales director

Provide hands on leadership across all offline sales channels to deliver the business plan.
Responsible for sales of all categories – Vacuum Cleaners, Air Purifiers, Hair Care and Lighting across the region.
Lead and motivate a team of people to ensure that they are developed and challenged in their roles to maximize their potential.
Build strong partnerships with the Sales Leadership Team and other key colleagues/stakeholders.
Managing and guiding distributor partners for expanding and growing regional key accounts.
