Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage day-to-day commercial and back-office operations.

✔ Prepare quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and other commercial documents.

✔ Maintain accurate records, documentation, and MIS reports.

✔ Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Operations, and other internal departments.

✔ Handle customer communication, email correspondence, and follow-ups.

✔ Track orders, dispatch status, payments, and documentation.

✔ Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely updates of business records.

✔ Support ERP data management and process improvements.

Eligibility

✔ Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BMS, BBM , or a related discipline.

✔ 2–6 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Coordination, Back Office, or Administration.

✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and ERP systems .

✔ Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and organizational skills.

✔ Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
