Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Sales Executive role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Retail Sales Executive will greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products to enhance their shopping experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining product displays, managing stock on the sales floor, handling billing and POS transactions, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized. The role involves meeting sales targets, promoting new arrivals and offers, and building lasting customer relationships through friendly and professional service. The Retail Sales Executive will also collaborate with team members, share customer feedback, and support store management in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills to drive store revenue and achieve targets.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Relationship Building skills to deliver a positive shopping experience.
• Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Prior experience in fashion or apparel retail is beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per store requirements.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems and cash handling is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
• Minimum high school or equivalent education; additional retail or sales training is an advantage.
